G3CT update for the second quarter of 2024
In the second quarter of 2024 G3CT completed the Scale Up Pilot Trial Project and is planning to build commercial scale systems for production of G3C reinforcing rCB.
- G3CT has sent the rCB produced at Schwing Technologies (Germany) for further milling to Hosokawa Alpine (Germany) and then for pelletizing to Hosokawa Micron (Netherlands). The rCB was produced using Schwing Scale Up Pilot using G3CT patented method. The initial testing of the pelletized rCB has demonstrated consistency with the results achieved for G3C rCB produced using lab scale reactor at the G3CT R&D lab in Georgia and the Schwing Bench reactor in Germany.
- G3CT is planning to build a Pilot Plant featuring a single production scale G3C System. The Pilot Plant is expected to be followed by a Commercial Plant featuring two commercial G3C Systems.
