G3C Technologies’ CEO Vitaly Khusidman was speaking at the International Elastomer Conference 2022 in Knoxville, TN, USA on October 12, 2022, on G3C Process enables true circular economy for tires. The technical manuscript was published at the conference proceedings under the same name.
This presentation discussed G3C rCB testing conducted at the Akron Rubber Development Lab (ardl.com) demonstrated reinforcing qualities in tread, body ply and inner liner tire formulations. It was validated that G3C rCB grades are capable to replace up to 50% of virgin Carbon Black (vCB) in tire tread and up to 100% of vCB in body ply and inner liner formulations.
